These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kalertax ("we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of our website and professional services. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Our Role & Services

Kalertax provides professional facilitation for tax filings, passport documentation, and notary services. While we are authorized e-file providers and certified professionals, our services do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you submit. We act as your agent for the transmission and notarization of documents as specifically requested through our portal.

Kalertax is an independent, IRS-authorized third-party e-file provider. We are not the IRS and do not act on behalf of the IRS.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• You have the legal authority to act on behalf of the entity or individual for whom you are requesting services.
• You will not use our platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• You will provide all necessary original documentation as required for passport and notary verification.

4. Fees, Payment & Refunds

Fees for our services are disclosed at the time of booking. All fees must be paid in full before we commence processing your request.

Due to the immediate nature of professional filings and government transmissions, all service fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun. If a government body rejects a filing due to an error on our part, we will provide a re-transmission at no additional cost.
